Colon Hydrotherapy – or Colon Cleansing
At Ocean Clinics, Colon Hydrotherapy is conducted in a private room by a certified therapist. We offer a peaceful setting with relaxing music and soft lighting. The entire session takes approximately 1 hour.
The therapist uses sterile and disposable packets which are discarded at the end of each session, insuring that every treatment meets the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and comfort. The therapist monitors a specially-designed hydrotherapy instrument which infuses filtered, warm water into and out of the colon. The water flushes hardened, toxic build-up from the colon walls, and stimulates muscular contractions that naturally cleanse the system. Waste is eliminated through the instrument and out a drain line, avoiding any odor and maintaining the dignity of the individual.
IonCleanse® Detoxing Foot Bath
Recall the way your body felt the last time you stood next to a waterfall or walked along a beach with the waves breaking at your feet. You breathed deeper into your lungs and abdomen; your brain cleared and the pains in your joints subsided. You felt relaxed and at peace with the world. These invigorating reactions were caused by the ionization of trillions of water molecules as they crashed to earth.
The IonCleanse® creates precisely the same environment as a walk along the beach, only more powerfully. This holistic treatment begins by first sitting comfortably in a massage chair. Your feet are then placed in a basin of warm water while a diffuser assists in the ionization of the water. These ions enter your body and help draw toxins that are stored in the tissues from the pores in the bottom of the feet.
Fat and mucous residues found in the water after the foot bath reflect the wastes that have left the body during the 20-30 minute session.
